To whom it may concern,<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I made a purchase yesterday for Woman's Norris Field Hunter boots. This was the screen shot I luckily took once my order went through. I later went in my newly created Groupon acct to show my friend what I order and that is when I noticed the 2 separate orders. My order due to a glitch in your website was doubled.<br /> <br /> I contacted your customer support team and they told me there is nothing they could do to stop the second order. I advised them that it was an error on your end and I didn't make 2 orders.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I made a Better Business Bureau complaint and I can see that I was not the only one that made a complaint regarding the functionality of your website and lack of customer support; Instead of taking ownership you shrug your shoulder and tell the customer to deal with it. My next step is to post this on social media so people are aware that you hold your customer responsible even though it is a system error on your part that cause the second order to appear. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Please take ownership and cancel the second order that appeared in error.<br /> <br /> S<br /> <br /> <br /> Aman Johal
