I have been trying to process a return for a week! I keep getting, &quot;Oops, we're experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. I tried on my computer, my husband's and my neighbor's, but had no luck.<br /> There are no Macy's in our area and I do not want to drive 90 miles to go to a Macy's to return the items.<br /> What should I do? Oh, I called Macy's, but the guy did not speak English well enough to understand what he said. I had no clue.<br /> Please advise! Sheryl
