Ordered tickets online for a show. Got an error message the order did not go through. Tried again and the order when through. However, 10 minutes later, I the first order went through. However, Groupon said they will not refund the first order even if it is an error. Poor customer service. Need to look at their refund policy when their system creates an error. This purchase was made on the groupon app. Perhaps an issue with their app.
