Bought a $120 massage package from Groupon, followed the directions on the certificate since Christmas the massage company won't call me back to make a appointment, going on 6 months now I've emailed Groupon several times and they just keep giving me the same answer( the massage company will be contacting me) And they never do, since then the certificate has expired and Groupon only wants to give me a credit for the same company that won't return my call. I want my refund, and they want give it to me. I drove to the massage place and it's looks to be closed I've told them that. Any idea what I should do
