I have used Groupon several times and never had a problem. Untillllll now, I purchased a photo booth and when I called them they could not accommodate my date. I call groupon to let them know whats going on they say no refund its over 3 days, they will give me a groupon credit. I explain that I have called all the companies on their site and they don't have the day or its going to cost more. I have been emailing and calling them for over two weeks and I just keep getting the run around. Its $425.00 its not like i can just say oh well, I need my refund. Can anyone suggest what to do?
