I purchased a session for eyebrow embroidery through Groupon. The salon by the name of Bella brows. I have been scheduled twice. The first time the reason the lady gave to me was very unusual. She text me to let me know, she had to order the color for me. Apparently she had ran out of it. I contact her again to get another appointment and she set me up again. This time I was driving to the salon address and last minute she text me to ask me if I had an empty room where she can set up her table and use hot water? I was so upset! This time the most bizarre reason. That the salon had moved to a new building and they had no power due to an outage. I am very disappointed only because I can't get a refund. I've learned my lesson and sorry but never aging buying from Groupon again!
