In my opinion... Groupon is an anti-customer business that is only interested in selling inferior products. Their Groupon Return and Refund Policy is set up in a way that deliberately discourages its dissatisfied customers from getting a refund or having the easy ability of returning their shoddy merchandise. It is a legitimate company doing ill moral business, but not illegal business with the person's, as myself, in a very un-Orthodox and non-honest method.<br /> <br /> To clarify my definition of anti-customer means... They consider their customers as gullible, simpleminded uneducated, unintelligent and passive. I personally am having trouble finding the Groupon Return Prepaid Mailing Label on the Groupon website. Groupon is a business that will go on forever legally stealing from honest persons. Groupon, is not a company to be trusted or believed. It believes profit over customer satisfaction. Buyer beware. Be very aware. Groupon's merchandise is so terrible, I bet none of its employees have any of their crappy merchandise in their house, in their garage, in their dog's house, or even in the cat's litter box. That's how bad Groupon's merchandise is. If I personally had any proof that Groupon was a legitimate, honest and customer-caring professional business... I would write a retraction, but seeing that they don't care about their customers I have no fear, or conscience of this company ever proving me incorrect. Again... Buyer beware.<br /> <br /> So I hope my comment has been helpful. All I can say is that when December 25 comes around... I hope that Santa Claus padlocks the doors on the Groupon merchandise business then throws away the key then we can all enjoy a silent night, forever.
