I received a tapas set over 3 weeks ago and on opening discovered the slate tray was in pieces. The accessories, ie glasses, dishes were intact but there was no packaging other than a thin cardboard box. I have written numerous emails to Groupon since then and have still not received a returns form to enable me to in their words "to ge a full refund". I am now getting extremely frustrated and I am disappointed that I cannot return this damaged product due to their website being out of order which has been the case ever sincei I received the product.
