I have been trying to find out how I can request a refund and have had no luck April 10, 2016 I purchased something from Groupon for the first time and when I read the fine print I learned that I was only allowed one per household so I tried the same day to request a refund for the one that I could not use. Well here we are 6 days later and no response to the email that I sent requesting help. I am happy that I am only out $19.00 !!!!!!!! But I will be unsubscribing and I will warn everyone that I know to be careful of Groupon's Fine print!!!
