Purchased a total of 11 fish last week from the Hialeah Pet Smart. Fish started dying on the first night , three nights later 5 of the 11 fish had died. I call the store, was informed of the return policy and told to bring back the fish and a water sample. Once arriving the story quickly changed. My water sample was ok BUT they had products that would improve it. When i shared that I already owned those products, I was informed that I needed to improve my water quality and return with a second water sample before they would "refund"/ replace the dead fish I had. When asked to speak with the store manager, the young clerk walked away and shortly returned repeating the same second water test story. The manager refuse to speak with me. I have purchased, my 55 gallon tank, all filters, the Magum 220 filtration system, and all accessories from Petsmart.
