Having trouble even getting onsite to ask for a refund!!<br /> Arrived at hair "salon", where I booked a week and a half in advance. Was told there was no appointment and that I could wait until she finished a current client that was not even started. <br /> The place was "suspect" to say the least, each time I arrived the staff was out side lounging at a table on the balcony and came into the place only after I went in. <br /> Not at all like previous satisfactory experiences I have had with Groupon. <br /> Groupon would be wise to drop this vendor.<br /> Now, I just have to figure out how to get a refund.
