It is now 27 days since I returned an item purchased through Groupon. I supplied my "proof of postage" 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund. All I get from the Chat facility is that "it is being investigated". Surely, the problem is now out of my hands and the dispute is between Royal Mail and Groupon, unfortunately, I am the one still out of pocket!!! A lesson learned, avoid Groupon at all costs!!!!
