Sears uses shady merchants that do not have legal addresses for a business. And when you receive a damaged item sears will tell you one the phone they will escalate your order for exchange. It will take 24-48 hours to receive an email. Weeks later they will continue to tell you the same thing, and the supervisor/manager will say the same thing as the operatorr.
