Beginning with...tracking is not easy; Groupon not very helpful; had to contact Fed Ex to get a correct tracking number for the USPS. After several calls to GROUPON, FED EX, USPS...I was able to question my mail carrier that said yes...he indeed left a package on the ground. Likely the almost $1000 computer I bought from GROUPON, in good faith that it would be delivered properly. If this indeed was left by my door and stolen; who is responsible? Who has serial numbers, who is the one who sent this item so irresponsibly? Are they insured? Who contacts the manufacturer to try to track this? Who notifies the police? No one from customer service responds!
