I am leaving Hotel 502 at 8:48 Pm. My room is not clean, the carpet is making our feet black, the bathroom floor is dirty and we've just pulled the sheets down and there are stains and black hairs in the bed, we are both blonde. So we are leaving now and I want a refund.
