Just read the previous comment and I am having the same problem. My old car, which has front wheel drive, has been like a Quarter Horse in all weathers, able to make a turn and stop on a dime. I have used Discount Tires for years and years and never experienced a problem. Recently I purchased two new tires and they have been problematic from the start. (Was told my previous tires are not made any more). The new tires are so unacceptable that even a puddle in the road challenges them, to say nothing of the sheets of ice and accumulated snow of yesterday. I wish I had the accepting and forgiving attitude of the previous poster, however Discount has lost me as a customer because no-one could directly answer my question: What is your return policy. Instead I was being sold another option but with qualifications in their presentation. This in two different Discount shops. I live on a mountain at 7,000 altitude. No need for local businesses to not be able to sell a tire that has traction......especially an all-weather.
