My experience with GROUPON has always been positive until last Friday, Dec. 12, I purchased teeth whitening deal as a gift. However, the groupon cannot be used because the receipent is under 18 (dentist does not recommend it). So, I canceled my purchased within the same day. I received email confirmation from GROUPON stating my order has been refunded for full amount which is great. BUT they didnt say when the amount will be refunded to my account. I am trying to contact GROUPON for the last two days, no response, no way of getting throught to them on the phone. All I want to know is when will I see the credit to my account!???
