Sometimes it seems impossible to get a hold of Groupon, and their email response takes a 24-48hours. I have had various issues with them,however I was very lucky and fortunate to find a loop hole. After I bought merchandise from them, the vendor from Groupon decided to send me whatever they wanted and not what I ordered. To my dismay, groupon was telling me the sales was final since it was undergarment. I was hotter than a Jalapeño pepper. I called them,I was put on hold, supposebly the representative was talking to a supervisor,and after waiting for like 15 minutes the representative hang up on me. Now I was just ticked the heck off,when I relogged into my groupon account they gave me a refund toward my groupon account, now I was just ready to exploded. I went online, and to my surprise Groupon is part of the www.bbb.org, yep the have A+ rating, I was hhmmm isnt that interesting. The better business beauru... I submitted a complain against them, and it two days, the refund was credited back to my credit card. h If your credit card cant help, submitted your complain, make sure you detail everything to the T, Groupon has to resolve and response to your complain or their rating goes down. It worked for me several times. Godd luck.
