Someone needs to revamp the return goods program immediately.<br /> after selling for over 25 years the program has gone to the<br /> dogs.<br /> Duplication of orders and credit given to reps. un heard of,<br /> Pricing errors on products ordered - that will never be corrected.<br /> The system of placing people on NO INSTANT CREDIT STANDING<br /> needs to be addressed to each individual rep. for the reason<br /> why this is applied to their account.<br /> SENDING RETURN GOODS TO THE BRANCH VIA PRIORITY MAIL IS NOTHING BUT CLOSE TO A JOKE FOR THE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TIME.
