Tuesday Morning Returns and Refunds

Online purchases may be returned to Tuesday Morning stores, except for those requiring return by mail as indicated on the packing slip with the return address listed.

Return or exchange requests by mail must be made within 45 days from the order date, with the merchandise in its original condition and manufacturer’s packaging. All returns must include the packing receipt indicating the reason for return and an RMA number as provided by Tuesday Morning Customer Service (1-800-457-0099, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday).

Merchandise including all accessories and tags must be securely packed, using the Tuesday Morning box when possible, and the RMA number written near the address label. Return shipments are at the customer’s expense and non-refundable. Customers may use the carrier of their choice, but shipment tracking and insurance against loss are strongly recommended. Tuesday Morning does not accept COD returns.

Requests for returns or exchanges of in-store purchases will be honored with an original receipt within 45 days from the original purchase date. Please note government-issued identification may be requested at the time of return.

Return requests without proof of purchase will be honored with a store credit or exchange for the current sale price. Gift purchases may be issued store credit.

Credit card purchase refunds will be credited to the credit card originally used for the in-store purchase within the following two billing cycles. Returns for purchases by check require a 10-day waiting period. Cash or check purchases over $200 may be refunded by Tuesday Morning check, which takes up to 2 weeks to issue.

Returns beyond the 45-day time frame may be exchanged for Tuesday Morning credit or merchandise for the current sale price. Products must be in their original condition and packaging, except for returns due to manufacturer’s defect within 90 days of purchase. Returns beyond 90 days of the original purchase date due to manufacturer’s defects must be claimed under applicable manufacturer warranties.
