Shutterfly Return Policy

Shutterfly recommends that you contact them before returning any merchandise, as there might be other options to solve any problem that you might be having with it. You can return merchandise by printing out and completing the return form on their website to obtain a refund. Additional instructions, including the return address, are provided on this form. Shutterfly reserves the right to issue a store credit if the items were returned after 60 days following the delivery date.

If there is an issue with content, such as a problem with the image, you may contact Shutterfly's customer service to receive a product credit allowing you to place a new order. If merchandise is found to be defective on arrival or has suffered damage during shipping, your order may be reprinted and shipped again at no additional charge. Shutterfly may ask that you return the part of the order that was defective for inspection if the merchandise has defects or an error was made on their part. The original shipping charges for your order will be refunded if you return the entire order or if there was any error on Shutterfly's part. Refunds may take up to four weeks to be processed after you send back the items.

I ordered a cup that came damaged. It was in a styrofoam cube that was not enclosed in a box. The cup was chipped inside. I was then directed to a site that is charging me to report the damaged goods! Now I'm trying to get that charged reversed.

I made a custom phone case for my xr on feb 16 and had a nice collage in the back of close friends, when i got it yesterday on the 26 every single photo in the back was random photos from who knows where. I ended up contacting them on several of their platforms and they initiated a reorder for me at no charge. If that happens to you they'll ask for a photo of the mistake on their end. Im already now iffy thought because of this first mess up. Like i was sooo excited for this case waited 10 days and had to deal with this?? So we'll see i guess if this 2nd order is going to be the same story but if they make it right and everything is great then I guess ill go from there to decide of i keep doing business with them. My whole thing is i dont see how that couldve gone wrong in the first place and as a first time customer was sooo disappointing on sooo many levels. But i guess we'll see what happens

My granddaughter ordered Christmas cards for me on December 1, 2020,
for $148.24. I never received the cards.. I would like a refund.

I ordered a blanket on December 2nd after a week they gave me a refund and said the order had been canceled and there was no info behind it so I ordered another blanket of better quality and half the price off collage.com and today the shutterfly blanket decided to show up and charge 100$ out of my account out of nowhere and when I asked about a refund they said they had no idea but couldn't fix it gave me a "humble apology" then ended the chat

Calendar arrived with most of the photos sideways or cut off. Piece of crap. Obviously I did not do the layout that way, and the preview looked fine. Will never order from shutterfly again.

When you are in the business of printing Christmas cards, it goes without saying that the customer needs to RECEIVE the cards early enough to mail them so friends receive them BY CHRISTMAS! So, meanwhile I've had to have Walgreen's print cards for me. Those are in the mail and STILL the Shutterfly cards ordered on NOV 28th have not arrived. Completely unacceptable.

Do not ever order a mug from Shutterfly. They sent it with no box, just a stryofoam outer shell. The handle was cracked. Any one with half a brain knows fragile items should always have two layers of protection. The styrofoam cube should have been inside another box with crumpled paper or bubble wrap between them.

I ordered Christmas cards on 2 Dec. It shipped on 6 Dec for a delivery of 8 or 9 December. It is now the 11th and I still do not have my package! Requesting a full refund due to inconsistent delivery methods. Don't offer free delivery if you can't have our delivery here on time!!!

Don't do business with this company. I ordered 2 16X20 metal prints and they came to my home blank. They offered me 50% off on the reorder which I did, however they would not refund my $150.00 for the initial screw up. They have absolutely no quality control, who sends you blank pictures then forces you to accept them? I finally am having my credit card company deal with these people, they had the nerve to fight my complaint! They offered me a $90 credit, I simply want the original refund and that's not even the amount of my order. Since I complained to the credit card company they pulled the $90 which is fine as I won't deal with this again. I found this refund on the internet but didn't on the site, I would have returned the pictures if they requested for a refund if they would have let me know how. 100% happiness guarantee, seriously folks! How much more unhappy do you want a customer to be!!!!! Shame on you!

Never again will I do business with Shutterfly or with Uprintinvitations.com. I sent in my information and 7 hours later I made a change (I followed all the directions and paid the $5 change fee). My changes weren't able to be made and my invitations are useless! I had to make them myself and print them myself. The seller did absolutely nothing to try and accommodate. Im now out $40 plus what I spent to do them again.

.... It arrived for Mother's Day with stained and damaged pages. Shutterfly replaced the book, only ... my account. (which ultimately led me to making another book) My second .... I complained to shutterfly 4 times, demanding not a credit but a refund of all of my money.... only offer to replace the book. I will never use them and plan on returning to Snapfish....

... used to bind the pages was too small and so by the time I was four months in the pages were unturnable. I emailed customer service and received a reply offering a refund, I replied to that and said what I wanted was a reprint with a bigger coil. No answer so I phoned and the obviously Indian lady told me that was the only size coil they had....

... a week later it moved out by 2 weeks and they did NOT notify me. Secondly, email back and forth with Shutterfly is what you would expect from someone that can't speak or write english. Using simple language I asked for a refund..they never addressed that in 4 exchanges I had with them. Finally had to call them (Phillipeans) to get refund. HUGE waste of time
