Saks is the WORST they will send you an EMPTY box start a fake investigation and still NOT Refund a customer their money back you can't job ROB hard working people like this ..
Purchase several order on line, did return from Canada more than 30 days ago , SAKS still didn't proceed refund back to my visa more then 30 days . Did contact them many times and no clean answer why its so delayed .Will not do shopping this store any more, customer service is not professional and helpfull at all.
Make sure you will keep whatever you purchase online, because returns are the worst nightmare!
I returned the next day the way they require, fed-ex, and that was one month ago!!
They sent a credit, and I called and said I want the refund. They "can't credit pay pal" so give your charge number.
Another week goes by.....still waiting. On hold forever...they use a vendor somewhere out of the company.

I received your shipment 282073868 and one of the Radko ornaments was broken. The only way I can get credited is to return it to you, since there is no store anywhere near me. You charge $9.95 for a return label, so I am definitely not being "made whole" on this transaction. So I have a broken ornament coming back to you and I'm not even being reimbursed completely for it. That's not right, especially since there will be no restocking of something broken.
I purchased a pair of expensive earrings from them back in October, they sent me the wrong earrings and I returned them right away. They sent them back to me saying they were the wrong pair (which is why I returned them). That was in October, I'm still disputing the charge with my credit card company and them! HORRIBLE Customer Service! I will NEVER shop from them again!
I made a purchase online and sent it back within a few days. It was the wrong size. Saks will not refund my PayPal account which was used to make the purchase, saying they don't refund a third party account... huh??? I said what's the difference between Amex, Visa or PayPal? They said they can send a gift card/merchandise credit instead. I have called repeatedly and get the same response. Unreal! I want my refund!
I ordered $145 worth of merchandise on Aug 15, I never received the items. I called saks & finally got email on Oct 2 saying I will get a refund in 1 week, never happened. I called again & I was told to wait 14 business days. It has been way more than 14 days & still nothing. I will never ever deal with them anymore.
I have never experienced worse customer service. I canceled order #112131292 back in August. I have tried calling and writing customer service at least 20 times. And, while I have been promised a refund to my paypal account, I have never received it. Last case # with that promise is 01974295. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and have been disconnected or put on hold, literally for over 2 hours. I am beyond livid, and I don't like throwing away my money. I was a frequent customer, but will never shop there again. Plus, I will be sure to spread the word!!!
Ordered a bottle of creed from saks.com. When the box was delivered it was empty! Reported this to customer service who gave me the we have to investigate bs. They also said they wouldn't reship. After their10 day investigation customer service determined since I signed for it they can not refund me. Im super pissed! Back and fourth with them only to get nothing. $300. Upon reading all the horrible reviews I decided to file a complaint with the FTC. I suggest everyone do the same and so they can restore some respect to their name because they are trash I will never shop at saks again
I purchased boots online from Saks. When they arrived,I discovered they did not have a side zipper so they were difficult to pull on and off. The following day I attempted to return them to our local Saks in Beachwood Ohio. The sales associate said the boots had been worn and he could not take them back. I assured him I had not worn the boots and it had not even been 24 hours since they had been delivered. I asked to speak to a manager. He refused. He said the manager had already looked at the boots. He then put a plaque in my face that had the email address and website for Saks and he turned and walked away. I have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect at any store, let alone one that supposedly has a reputation for high quality and outstanding customer service. I will not visit the website or the store again. I will also urge my friends as well.
I can't say I'm at all surprised with all the negative feedback from saks . Worst customer service ever . Half the reps I spoke with you cannot understand at all. That aside they all gave differing information, and I called at like 15 times over the course of a MONTH to follow up with a refund ( a simple price adjustment of 20% bc the coupon didn't work) I had called right after the order she had told me she put it in and I would just see a difference for the prices as a credit . Well 10-14 days is a joke try 40 some days. They're pathetic . I couldn't fathom why they couldn't process it before nt order was even sent off , most places can, was simply a matter of running my card for the credit amount . They are so unethical and need some serious changes. Oh and these reviews go back 5 years or so so clearly nothing has changed and it is not a NEW problem.
Saks has the worst Customer service for returns. They approved my final sale item because of the graphic design on the sweatshirt. So i shipped item back to their returns dept. Then weeks later I received the same item back from saks! It was shipped back to me because it was final sale!!?!! Customer service approved return but returns dept did not?!?? Why do they not communicate. It says on receipt that it was an approved return. Why both dept have no communication, I do not know why. Spoke to Supervisor of Customer service and they are rude! No help what so ever. Just saying that even though Customer service approves returns does not mean returns dept will. Why even waste my time to ship back then?!?? Ridiculous! Such bad service and rude people. I will never shop saks again as I lost hundreds of dollars of this item. Back to Nordstrom where there is actual customer service. I knew I should never buy something so expensive at saks and expect them to have good service! Lessoned learned. A very expensive lesson. Do not buy from saks! They have bad bad bad service!
Ordered Frye boots online as Christmas present for daughter. Arrived in good condition. No invoice in box. No confirmation email on order.Called Saks and off fifth saks with "no history of transaction." Unable to initiate return without order number or receipt. Payed thru Paypal and have initiated a dispute. TERRIBLE customer service Saks. Will NEVER shop here again. Other stores are much more customer friendly with better prices and excellent customer service. Nordstrom here I come!!!!
it is difficult to find the shipping label, i have spent a great deal of time trying to find or print a label . It should be part of the shipping invoice. I am frustrated with the inability to simply print a label and put it on the box. I also drove to Braintree to return and the store was closed.
Purchased a pair of shoes at $325 the shoes did not fit correctly one it's great the other one does not I was told to wear to the shoe around my house and if I still was not satisfied to return it within 30 days attempted to return the shoes I was told the shoe looked worn and I cannot return it horrible customer service the policy is ridiculous will never buy anything else there I will continue to shop high-end stores with a return policy that takes care of the customer. Nordstrom takes care of there customer.

RETURN POLICY SUCKS, I purchased a Tory Burch phone case a couple of weeks ago,decided to use it and found out that it was not the right fit for my phone case. decided to return it to the store where it was purchased at the anarundle mills mall, wentto get my receipt and learned that my husband threw it away along with the shopping bag, so now I have no receipt. so I said to myself, now I have to get a store credit, which I was fine with, well that was not the case. The young girl at the register said you can not return or exchange merchandise without a receipt. I REPLIED, WHY NOT ? She could not answer the question, called this very rude acting store manager. She said no receipt no refund, I told her I was willing to exchange the item, the item still had the tags attached and has not been used. She said you need the receipt. I asked her can she look it up in the system, her reply was, did you purchase it through the system, if not then we cant do anything for you. That is a very unfair policy to customers, what if they forget to give me a receipt?Thats known to happen, we are suppose to be stuck with items that we cant use and in the mean time they have our money. whats fair about that? If its not written on the receipt then it should not be enforced. And why are you being so rude when discussing other peoples hard earned money. Well they just lost another customer, I can see why they have so many bad reviews.
I will never shop here again either, same thing with a pair of 650 dollars shoes SJP, they fell apart in 3 months and I called them to fix them or get a new pair they said NO, they did nothing. I would never buy another garment in this place that is brands and expensive. why I think Nordstrom hands down best store and customer service.
Will never shop a Saks again. I was shipped a blouse and the arms were to tight. I called four times to get a shipping label as their computer site was not working. They do free shipping but not free returns. It took four phone calles for someone to tell me this. Last time Saks has my business. This was not worth my time. They charge $9.50 to return. This should be stated whin you order something.
I will never shop on-line at this store unless I am 100percent positive I know it will fit and I love it. Wrong wrong wrong to charge for returning an item. You are the only store that does and it is so condescending to do so. No store here so no choice. I will be deleting Saks account.
I went just after 2 days of buying Gucci Ace $715..I was so excited came home wore it to show it to hubby he approves and the next day I wore it for an hour only cause it was killing my feet. I bought it as walking shoes but that was impossible. I went the very next day and explained them the saturation and thought to get a size up. They totally refused an exchange I told them it was not a return but exchange and this shoes is expensive shoes I really want to use them other wise it will be laying in my closet but still the answer was NO. I'm very very disappointed even though I use to shop a lot and this was my 1st return ever. I'm just returned my 3 pairs of Chanel and Gucci that I ordered online and it was unused condition and buying it fro Neiman Marcus. SAKS YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will never shop at Saks again. Nordstrom has way better customer service and also a great refund policy. I bought a pair of Rag and Bone booties and they were way too uncomfortable and also larger than they normally are (I own several pairs). Well, after wearing them once for a few hours I decided they were not worth keeping and chatted with a Saks representative who told me that I can return the shoes after they've been worn and she would leave comments in my account. So I printed the chat transcript and placed it in the box and shipped it off to Saks. I checked the tracking and it showed it was delivered so I chatted with them to see when I will receive my refund. They said that my return got denied and the shoes will be shipped back to me. WTH. I would have not gone through everything I did to make sure that I could return the shoes. I spoke to a manager that said he will research further (look into the chat transcript and my account with the notes the other rep left), but I will not be guaranteed a refund. Are you kidding me? Saks has the worst customer service experience. I am still waiting to hear back from the manager, but I have a feeling I will get nowhere with this issue. Why would the representative tell me that I can return the shoes without mentioning that the shoes will need to be investigated first and my refund could get denied? Very frustrated right now.
Shopping at Saks.com is fine. But, if you want a refund forget it. I ordered a glass jar with cookies. When it arrived it was not packed right. It was in many pieces. I even cut myself on it. They told me to email a picture, which I did. They emailed back and said they would process the full refund. After 2 weeks I asked where is my refund. She said it takes 10 to 14 business days. That's crap. It's been over four weeks and nothing. I went on chat with Barbara Taylor. She said to send a picture. I said I already have, and even had a return number. She ended the chat. I'm calling my credit card and stopping payment. That is the only way to handle Saks! Also they lost a long term customer, I even cancelled my saks card after 20 years.
I don't know whether I'd blame USPS or Saks, I returned skincare products to Saks via mail, because I found them cheaper at Neiman Marcus with better deal. However, this is the 7th day of mailing, I still can't track the package on usps.com with the parcel number on the return label provided by Saks. I wonder whether this happen for other customer returning by mail?
The return policy is not very customer friendly. I bought a pair of shoes $595>00 which seemed comfortable to walk when walking on the carpeted floor of the store. However when I wore them at home and walked from my home to the drive way they were not comfortable to walk and the sole of my feet hurt. In addition the leather got marked in just walking from the to the driveway on cemented concrete floor. Seeing this I was very disappointed mainly because I hadI spent almost $600.00 on a shoe and it was not comfortable to walk in. I knew a return would not be possible, but I wanted to get the shoe exchanged for another shoes of the same brand. I explained the whole situation to the store manager at the raleigh store, but he refused to do an exchange on grounds that store would have to take the loss. It would have been appreciated if Saks would ensure that the quality of the shoes on display was worth the price tag of the shoe.
I was a returning customer to Saks, but after this incident incident I do not think I will spend money in Saks.
The return policy is ambiguous in that it says items purchased at full price can be returned within 30 days. Does this mean reduced items may not be returned? I tried to get clarification via phone and chat but there is no answer. Christmas shopping could be dicey online if a sale item is not returnable.
Worst customer service. The african american lady working at the register on August 3,2017 at 8pm in the one at vineland rd was VERY RUDE, NOT WANTING TO GIVE AN EXPLANATION of why she couldnt do the return. She wasnt nice at all. She could've said the same things she said in a nicer way. But she was RUDE!! wont be returning or recommending that location

I made a purchase for True religion dark green Camo jeans. January 14, 2017 one wash and the pants were falling apart I went to the store at the orange block they refused to credit or find me another pair of pants my purchase was made with a Saks card and I have all four colors of the troop religion pants this particular pair doesn't hold up pass a wash unbelievable
I came online to check out the exchange policy because I have an item in the wrong size and receipt but I am discouraged to even contact Saks regarding the issue based on all the comments that alphabet been posted. What is Saks doing about their customer base? And do you guys even care? #stuck
I purchased a Chanel Powder Blush and YSL Lipstick and didn't like the color anymore I couldn't find my receipt and I didn't want my money back just wanted to Exchange for a different color but they gave me such a hard time and I was there for like 25 minutes because they couldn't find me in there system such CRAP! The biggest rippoff store in the country!!! I purchase about $5,000 a month in merchandise at this store....Went to exchange a David Yurman ring that wasnt even worn at the Atlanta store and they wouldnt do it claiming that the ring was scratched....bunch of you kniw whats....i will not shop there anymore

Fiona at the Laura Mercier/Chantecaille make up counter in Greenwich, CT bold faced lied to me about the cost of my lipstick. She told me the Chantecaille was only $2 more than Laura Mercier, but a week later realized the Chantecaille was actually $12 more. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Now I have to make another 20 minute trip to return it on principal. Beware!
