Purchases from polkaudio.com are eligible for a 45-day full refund.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact Polk to request a refund within 45 days following delivery. Call their toll-free number and select Option 4 after the prompt. Their customer service phone number is 1-800-377-POLK (7655). A representative will provide you with information for return shipping, and a prepaid shipping label will be generated.
Products must be returned with their original packaging, and all accessories must be included with the shipment. Partial returns are not eligible for a refund, so please make sure that you have included everything. Upon receipt of the product(s) at their warehouse, a complete refund will be initiated to the original form of payment.
Please Note: Orders that originally contained promotional items must be returned with those items included for a complete refund. Otherwise, the value of each promotional item will be subtracted from the total return. Keep this in mind for orders with multiple items.
