Marks and Spencer Returns and Refunds

Items that Marks & Spencer does not allow customers to return include gift cards and merchandise involving beauty, food, jewelry, floral, wine, sleeping and intimate apparel products as well as electronics, major appliances and upholstery items. You may not return any duvets or pillows that have been opened. Any dresses being returned should be accompanied by their hangers and any other accessories that were included at the time of the purchase. Protective seals are not to be removed from merchandise involving technology. Items that have been misused or neglected cannot be returned. It is important to provide your receipt and any other documents that prove you paid for the merchandise you are returning.
