To receive a full refund, items must be in original condition and unused with all original manuals, accessories, warrantees and original packaging or a return handling charge will be assessed. Many items allow up to 30 days after purchase for a return. Not all merchandise may be returned or returned within this timeframe; ask a Guitar Center associate for details. Refunds for cash over $40.00 will issued a check.
Shipping and handling will not be refunded. The value of free shipping will be deducted from a refund. To avoid shipping fees, return items at the nearest Guitar Center store.
Guitar Center reserves the right to refuse excessive returns from any customer.
