Food Lion’s return policy is customer focused. Food Lion team members will listen to your issue and act on it to your satisfaction. If a product does not meet your satisfaction, Food Lion will gladly replace it or provide a refund. Refunds are provided in the same manner in which one paid for the product. Our Private Brand and in-store produce items are of the highest quality. If one is not completely satisfied with the freshness of the product, Food Lion will double your money back. There are multiple brand names that qualify for a double your money back guarantee including the Food Lion brand. The only Food Lion exchange and refund exceptions are all gift cards, prepaid phone cards, prepaid cards, postage, Western Union services which include money orders, lottery tickets, and other prepaid services offered.

I tell you wat I been waytin bout five monts now fer dat house altry jhallapeener kornbreat mixes ta come out I thot bout it ever dang day I did till it wus finally ta come out and I ran down six flites a strize jumped on my scooter bike to rush down dire bout fifteen miles to da food lion down dire in Frong Pond Creek community an my dang scooter bike Wootin crank up so went bak in the apartment an fixed me a glass of orange cool aid sour an cooled off an went bak out dire an fixdit an rode all da way down dire to Frong Pond Creek to da dang ol food town an I jumped off my scooter bike an forgot ta put it out a gear an dat sucker rolled an turned over on its side an broke my dang ol kick stand man so I rushed in dire to get house altry jhallapener Korn breat mix an day said day ditten have any a dat man let me tell ya I cried all da way over ta kuzin jitterbug house an got drunk as a skunk coz it upsets me dat much ta know I wuttin gone get ta eat my jhallapener Korn breat so be wire a dat dire food town down dire at Frog Pond Creek coz day mite not hav wat ya lookin fer

Be thankful for these stores for having inventions , food, and water to meet your needs. Even after having an allergic reaction twords a food, I am still thankful for the stores.

Today, I bought red seedless grapes...was advertised and on my ticket. I took them home, washed them, and tried one. They have seeds. I went back to the store which is a real chore and returned them. She returned for what I paid. I was no way satisfied with what I purchased, and I thought she would double the price.

The customer service person was not friendly or helpful at all. She acted like I was bothering her, and Inhad made a trip back to the store to return something that was wrong.

There are a lot of grocery stores in North a Raleigh, but this had been my favorite, but something has changed in that store, and Indo not recognize many people.

Never go to food lion in mar_mac. The mgr trever is a racist no returns for meat with a double money back gauntee it his choice maybe he should learn he isnt the owner. What an ass

Hello I visited the Food lion on lankford highway in Cape Charles VA today and bought a package of lamb shoulders,they were reduced.When I open the package the smell was horrible. I took it back but was only given the 4.01 with tax back.After reading your return policy it should have been double the refund.I didn't want to debate the issues as I have several. Second problem I came in to shop on the first day of the quarter back sale and no catalina were coming out. No one knew what I was talking about. Today the coupon machine was not printing the bar code on the coupons and I was told your not doing it anymore. It sad that there is no one to answer question correctly. 30 food lion items no catalina.

I am very disappointed of Food Lion Return Policy. I couldn't return spoiled meat because I didn't have a receipt. I took the meat out of the freezer to cook but it was spoiled. it was stored in the freezer for about a week by then I had discard the receipt into the garbage so, when I went to the store I didn't have a receipt. the manager refused to exchange and/or refund my purchase. Food Lion symbol was attached to the price sticker on the meat package. Food Lion have lost a customer

I hear you on that Food Lion is extremely racist,also towards poor people.I'm a white male but they follow me around every single time I go in there to shop.I would shop groceries elsewhere but I don't have a car and they are the only grocery in walking distance.The lines are also always jammed,poor customer service,and very poor management.It's a shame.

racist people all over all the locations of food lion.they never hire hispanic people there but sell latino products.as soon as hispanics go in they are talking through their microphones and looking at you in mean ways and dont even say hello welcome to food lion unless your white or black.in winston salem and north carolina.shame shame and to return back products they tell you you need a receipt or cant return.

as an employee of food lion I have a question about the return policy and double money back guarantee.i understand that a customer can return a product with or without a receipt and get double of what they paid..what if they've used EBT card and have no receipt? also I was told that one of our managers was asked if we as an employee buys something and needs to return it then we may have a problem..she said she would tell us "really? and take money outta our pockets?"..that doesn't seem right or maybe we should stop shopping there just in case that problem arises...
