Chipotle Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase made through the Chipotle Store, a refund or store credit will be issued if the return is made within 15 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by the Chipotle customer service team and must be made through the customer service portal.

Returns will not be accepted at any Chipotle restaurant locations. Chipotle is not responsible for any return freight expenses, nor is Chipotle liable for lost packages without proof of delivery to us. We will not accept for return Chipotle merchandise that was not purchased from the Chipotle Store, including promotional items or giveaways.

Chipotle will only accept items for return that have not been used, worn, washed or damaged. Returns must include all original packaging.

To initiate a return, submit a Support Request Form to our customer service team who, once the return is approved, will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This RMA must be included with your return shipment. Once your package is received by us, and assuming the conditions set forth above have been met, it will take two to four business days for us to issue a credit.

Please do not go to ether Woodbury MN Chipotles, I'm about to call the health inspectors, it's getting ridiculous. Untrained, undercooked proteins, I literally threw mine and my wife's food away because we didn't want to risk it, the meat was basically raw. This is not the first time this has happened. Woodbury MN has two Chipotles not sure if they are ran by the same person or what but the quality is terrible and unmatched at any other location its dirty food everywhere.. Chipotle please do something about this. I will never eat at another Woodbury min chipotle location after this and my family loves chipotle as do I.

They are going to make someone sick, it's gross and looks terrible for a great brand like chipotle. I'm sure if you read other Woodbury chipotle reviews you would see what's going on.

Today I ordered the bowl and I asked for a tortilla as a side.
Came home and checked the credit card charge, it was $13.24
After googling, found that they are charging $0.25 for the tortilla
Even with that, I do not understand how it adds up to $13.24
Where I can complain about that extra charge?

First time experience and did not have a good one, i ordered a barbacua boul and a burrito of barbacoa the burrito i ordered was a burrito it was another boul with rice beans and barbauoa meat, not in a burrito i had to get home and make my own burrito not cool also the barbacoa boul had something sharp in it sliced the side of my husbands previously surgery in mouth had to take a trip to emergency room right after he ate his boul got something stuck in there had to stich it up. Not a good experience at all. Will not return again . sorry but no thanks, i would like a refund for my purchase of 25$

I ordered for delivery from their website, and it never arrived. I have been unable to get through to anyone. The website link for complaints asks me to enter the store from a drop-down menu, but there is no drop-down menu. Even if I complete everything else and try to submit--it tells me to choose the location from the drop down menu. When I click to chat with "Pepper"--Pepper says s/he is new and can't help me. Supremely frustrating.

Good morning .I believe this message will go no where. .In fact your company CHIPOTLE can not be called by a costumer. Let's be BLUNT myself and wife got RIPPED off at your restaurant. The food was skimpy and cold .Let's elaborate the portions in the tacos and burrito were skimpy I even remarked about how inadequate it's was and all she would say it would cost double .Furthermore I wasn't there to argue. Baltimore city chipotle restaurants are the worst, lack of cleanliness, horrible service, and incredibly incompetent employees, I placed a order on my mobile app for pickup, get to the restaurant and it's closed due to the manger/supervisor didn't come in to work, for the evening, In all my years of working sales I've never seen such a mess as this, unbelievable whoever is the area manager they need to be held accountable for this situation, as well as the store manager, why was this place even opened for business during the day, no one had the presence of notifying someone who could find a replacement for the evening to run the restaurant, stay away from ALL Chipotle's in downtown Baltimore city.

Horrible experience. The store itself was dirty and questionable to even eat here food on the floor on the tables imagine what it looks like behind the scenes,the servers working were very unfriendly food was awful I'm surprised they are still in business. Will never go back there.

I ordered for pick up on 6/6/21 I picked up the delivery Hungary and excited! But when I opened the bag I was so ? disappointed. No tomatoes salsa !no guacamole,! I called the restaurant and the employee said sorry we ran out of them?. But I am charged ! the food was cold and packed very sloppy! I have to think twice next time before I order from chipotle. We ordered from the Chipotle on Washtenaw Ave. in Ann Arbor, MI. We placed an order online on April 16, 2021 for $44.68 and never got our food! The pickup time was 6 p.m. and we arrived at about 6:15. No bag on the shelf, restaurant was packed with about 40 people waiting for their food. The kitchen did not have a record of our order but we were still charged. I have submitted a refund request with confirmation number T81-AA8 but have not received a refund yet. This is outrageous. No more Chipotle for us.

I did not receive my large queso and large chips or my juice from my online pick up order from Friday 4/9. I have sent In multiple emails about this with no response. Last time this happened I hit a response and refund right away. I would just like a refund for the items I didn't get.

I ordered chipotle delivery. First it took over an hour to receive our delivery. When we opened our food was not what we ordered and it was ice cold. I called the Chipotle we ordered from, they told me I needed to submit a new order and pay for it. Then go to Chipotle website to request a refund, but the didn't know how to do that. I tried to order again like the said and I could no longer place an order because the close in 45 minutes. So,$35.oo for a burrito bowl and burrito that was not what we ordered down the drain. Horrible experience. The person preparing my food did not change her gloves after troubleshooting some issue with a cannister under the counter...garbage can? Who knows! To make matters worse my order was wrong although the sticker was right. I do not eat soft tacos..wanted crunchy. I am too tired to go back. This is the second issue o have had with chipotle on the last week. On the first I ordered from cascade crossing and submitted photos and still have heard from no one. I ordered a burrito with double meat and there was not one piece of meat inside . Couldn't go back because they were closing ( this was on 4/1)
Today I ordered for steelyard chipotle for delivery . I ordered a bowl, burrito , chips and guacamole and didn't receive the chips . I had 10 minutes to contact the store and I spent that time calling and got no answer . At this point I'm very upset that no one from your team cares to contact customers or do anything about their lack of production. I expect to hear back and get a refund .

I ordered two burrito bowls on 4/2/21. When they were opened to be eaten they were basically not even half the portions we normally get. Was very disappointed. I reached out to the store and they were very apologetic and said they were going to refund my debit card. I have yet to receive the refund. I called then again today 4/5/21 and they suggested I file through here to be thorough.

I ordered from online app on 03/18 and got my confirmation via email. Waited in their chipotle lanes for 20 minutes. I got up to the window and said my name and the lady work in the window told me they did not have an order for me. They asked me where I made it I said on the app and I showed them my confirmation on my phone. It had my name and had my order it had the confirmation it had the correct store and it showed the time I should be picking up. The lady came back said sorry we don't have an order for you I don't know what you want me to do. I said well I want a refund because you've already charged my bank. She said well I don't know what you want me to do it. I said can you give me a number that I can call to get my money refunded and she said just go on the website. I came back home I called the store and asked to speak to the manager who could not provide me with any corporate number and told me to go on the website. I have reached out on the website twice with no response. This is ridiculous. It was ridiculous that the local store does not know how to handle people. She said since she didn't have an order for me even though I have the confirmation and everything was right in front of her that she couldn't help me. employees within local stores need to be trained better to handle these types of things. She was very dismissive I know they were busy they were working hard but she should've handled my problem. Or been able to direct me to someone who could help me. This is only the third time I've ever eaten at chipotle and now I'll never order from there again because they do not take care about their customers. There should be a number you can call or at least some response from the website when you've been wronged like this. The unfortunate thing is I'm seeing this in a lot of businesses where you cannot call a number to get satisfaction with things like this. I want my refund I don't care about anything else I want my refund. Perhaps it's not a big deal to them but it's my money. My suggestion if you want to go to chipotle is to never order through the app always order the store but they will get no more of my business.

I had not had chipotle in over a year since the pandemic. Finally I decide because i love Chipotle let me go order for dinner . I order from Chipotle in Throgs Neck Area in Bronx a chicken burrito. I get home excited and so hungry . I take 3 bites and it starts to fall apart which I enjoy cause I'll eat it with a fork and when i look to take some with my fork a long strand a dark hair ?? I just threw my food out and so disappointed. I called them and the young girl on the line tells me would you like another or refund.

I oredered from my local chipotle which has been a recent add in within the past 3 months. Anyways I place my order, and use a gift card to pay, everything seems good to go, or so I thought. My food didn't arrive until 40 mins after the time I was given, not to mention all they gave me was a burrito, out of the 5-6 items I ordered I only get one very cold now burrito, when the sticker on the bag lists all the items I should have. So then I call the support only to be told the best they can do is give me back half of the worth of the order and then hangs up on me. It has been a few days now, and the refund is just gone, they couldn't own up to their own mistake as a business. Sad to see.

1/9/21 its been since December 13th that we have been waiting for our credit back from Chipotle. I have called and called and each time they tell me its being processed. 3780 Marketplace Dr NW Ste 100, Rochester.
When I got there, all the doors were locked, although many of us in the parking lot could see workers in side. There were signs, such as this on the windows. Note the spelling and grammar mistakes are not mine. This is exactly what the sign said If you have an order from 6pm or later you order will not be made. Visit chipotle.ocm/talktous to receive a refund. Our appologizes".
Another sign said "If you want a refund"... as if someone actually wants to pay for food they never received...!
I went to the website and thought it was pretty horrible to navigate. God only knows if I'll get a response from the interaction I had with Pepper, so I'm writing via this feedback platform as well.
The pepper interaction was especially terrible as I couldn't even pick the restaurant I went to, it wouldn't recognize the address. I picked the only other restaurant in Rochester, MN and then had to answer other questions that had nothing to do with my problem. I just want to make sure my credit card isn't billed for food I never received.

I went to the restaurant in Odessa Texas because my wife and I wanted quesadillas lately this location has been out of items this time they claim to not have tortillas for quesadilla nor shredded cheese I opted in for a burrito bowl and when I went to pay I noticed they had tortillas sitting on the shelf irritated but calm I asked them if I can get it tortilla and why that was not offered I was told by who appeared to be the manager that those tortillas were for online orders only. I ordered my usual double chicken bowl with exra rice, cheese and sour cream thru the chipotle app and when my order arrived 10 minutes past the arrival time it was the wrong order with the wrong name and itvwas almost closing time so my dinner that i had planned with your restaurant was ruined. Hello, we ordered from Chipotle in Woodmore Lanham, MD on 10/19/2020. It was near closing when we received our food from a family member that delivered our meal. We discovered immediately that the food was for Daniele instead of Darnell. Needless to say, we tried to contact the store concerning the mishap, but no answer. We called for the next two days basically all day before we was able to reach anyone to get instructions of how to obtain a refund. This have been a headache to get a resolution and a refund in which we have to go online and not receive a refund from the store. This is the second time the security guard was in charge of dispensing food and have mixed our order up. I discuss this with the manager in which she was aware of this problem and stated they are working on getting a resolution for this issue. It is bad customer service it takes all these days to come to a positive outcome on behalf of a mistake that was not our fault. I even tried to calling corporate concerning this matter and again no individual was available for assistance. I would like someone to contact me concerning this matter PLEASE!!! It would be much appreciated.

Very Frustrated ! Went to Chipotles on Cedar Rd w/ 2 friends. They were out of 2 items in the bins - one was peppers/onions. We get to end of line and told they only accept credit card - no cash? We also ordered 3 bags of chips (which they had a ton of)and were told we could not. Those were only for people that called in their orders??? B/c of this, we had to make an extra stop to pick up nacho chips and pop (was told by customer that diet pop was flat). What a wasteful trip! I think some sort of gift card would be applicable b/c of this bad experience...Will not be going back to that location

I ordered a Steak burrito bowl with extra steak, brown rice, black beans, veggies, the works and all I got was a bowl with steak and tortilla chips. I paid full price and tipped the driver. I then had to order what was missing from my bowl and was charged again. I was advised to go online for my refund and I have yet to hear back. Not happy at all.

I ordered a burrito bowl online with double chicken and double barbacoa along with chips and guac. The bowl was missing the barbacoa and instead had the peppers and onions. I called and spoke to the manager who among other things offered me a refund which I chose to receive. That was on Sept. 27. I STILL have not received it. I called back after 24 hrs and was told that it take 3 to 7 days and now 2 wks later (2moro), i'm still waiting. I can't get anyone on the phone. If Chipotle can't handle online orders then,they shouldn't take them.

Order G8Q99XQ6Z was ordered on 9/17/2020 (via online catering) to Somers Point NJ store. Since the store is NEW, I tried to call and see if they received the order. They didn't answer the phone all day. I stopped by and all the doors were locked so I had to use the drive thru - which was packed. I found out at the drive thru that even through I had a confirmation email, and called Corporate, the store did NOT have my order, and most of the staff acted like have 15 - 14 year olds over for a birthday party waiting for Chipotle, wasn't a big deal. I had to insist that they still make the food, insist that a manager come out to talk to me, call corporate for the store because they couldn't do it - asking for the order to be emailed in and when they didn't have the email address corporate told me to go back thru the drive thru and get it!!! Now the drive thru had 25_+ cars!!! I went banging on the windows like a crazy lady by now as it was 2 hours into this fiasco. It still took another hour to get the food. Lucky the food was delicious. However, at this point, CHIPOTLE OWES ME $44.50 for delivery and tip since I was the delivery driver. They can not cancel this at the store and refund you right then and there. How ridiculous. Another ridiculous thing is DOORDASH received the order as they texted me at 5:45pm that they were on their way to get the food!!! I had to again, waste my time calling the driver to cancel. Then take another 2 calls from Door Dash saying YES, I canceled, and tell them WHY I canceled.

I am actually owed much more than $44.50 since I wasted 3 hours - I have pictures of me documenting the time sitting and waiting at the chipotle sign doing nothing but waiting and talking to Corporate doing the job of the manager. A refund would be nice.

Will absolutely never order from Chipotle delivery, ever again. Order was cancelled five minutes prior to delivery time, DoorDash customer service couldn't find my order, Chipotle customer service line couldn't get me to a person, the chat service gave me the DoorDash number repeatedly, and the store told me they had my order in the system twice, the system was glitching, and they were unable to set up delivery again.

I will never go to chipotle at 1040 w 40th street in Baltimore ever again. They were disrespectful put things in my bowl I did not ask for there was no manager on site. Did not give me a receipt . 9/15/20 Ordered using the Chipotle App for delivery. Estimated arrival time of 12:21PM via DoorDash. Order arrived promptly, correct name on bag ticket, wrong order for someone else inside bag. Called Chipotle Northdale Blvd Coon Rapids MN location and spoke to a Kobe there who instructed me to post here to receive a refund of $19.69 and to reorder if i still wanted to receive the correct order. On September 3, 2020 me and a few of my co-workers placed an online order at chitpotle on Prince William parkway in Virginia, payment went through ok and order said it will be done by such and such time. Ordered from Chipotle East Brunswick New Jersey I am beyond upset that I placed an order for 2 burrito bowl twith extra steak and one extra chicken on the other a burrito with extra steak and chips and guac. I also had to wait an additional 45 minutes from the selected pick up time (I ordered online). I also ordered chips and guac and basically they ran out of chips. so how do I get my refund for the chips and all the extra items not received. I used to go In and eat occasionally, but every time I do a Door dash or order online I noticed I would always get a crappy meal something would be missing or it would be be very little of what I asked for I would always order a dressing and would never get it... No care in the working for the customers, I put my order in online I get there pick up my order get home open my bag and I have the COMPLETE WRONG ORDER pissed was I so I call they say come back in they will fix it I get there switch the orders get home open my bag start eating my food only to find a stay fresh packet that's normally in food material to keep it fresh but it DID NOT BELONG in my meal NEVER ORDERING NOTHING ELSE DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I always order the same exact thing to burritos sometimes with white rice sometimes with brown rice always black beans always the corn and tomatoes and that's it. I was promised a 2-meal gift card from Chipotle after terrible service early in the pandemic, in March. I was forced to wait outside for 45 minutes for a single burrito bowl, on a cold and rainy night. They had room to allow more people safely inside but didn't. Instead of posting "ready" meals on a visible board, we had to keep going in, walking around a table with no social distancing, and reading the tiny print on bags. Also an employee was unsanitary--he wiped his face with a rag and went on assembling food without washing his hands and changing gloves. I made a complaint and was actually contacted by a person who offered to compensate me with a certificate. It never came and when I went back to the website there is just a robotic chat line with no options that match my complaint. It just keeps asking for my contact information and then asks me to select a store from a list of options but there is no list! Total loss of confidence in this company.

Hi I have answered the questionnaire I was sent last eve by Chipotle. I called the Chico North Chipolte which just opened and they instructed me to call cust service and then they directed me to make a complaint and request refund this way. Last eve at 6 30 I ordered 2 chicken salad bowls with extra chicken. I ordered on line not using app. I picked them up thru drive thru window. No chips in bag as I had ordered and paid for them. I have requested a refund from my order on 6/26/2020 totaling 46.00. It was awful and I called the same evening. It was Chipoltle in Oxon Hill at the National Harbor. I spoke with James twice who said he put the refund request in, but I never recieved. The I spoke with Jose, the manager who put it in twice for approval. Thay say that is al km they can do...I still have not recieve my refund and now it is over a month. This is ridiculous that this iui s the process to get a refund that they agreed to on the same day.
It also is a shame that you can not talk to a live person.

Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves especially after the time when people were getting sick off of your ingredients to then have the community try and support you AGAIN, to offer horrible service (which comes from the TOP. Leaders be real leaders and not ones who make a buck off of others. Do your due diligence to come off of your high horse and train your staff, give them the tools needed to represent your company well and excel themselves for better opportunities. Order screwed up, told by "manager" that staff was fired and sorry about your order. To no response from Corporate Office. Be careful when you go through chipotle.com to order your food. Think they go through a third party system or. If their equipment breaks down and they cannot complete your order, they will still charge you for the items. They will not tell you. If you call the restaurant they will just tell you to go online and complete a form for a refund. You will have to spend a good amount of your precious time figuring out where the form is. After completing the form, you will have to wait weeks, months, years or maybe never for a refund.

I ordered online from Chipotle. After waiting almost 2 hours at the restaurant, they finally made my order. They didn't have a lot of the ingredients, so I didn't get parts of my order (particularly the chips&salsa and all guacamole parts of my order). They told me I could get a refund for the things that I didn't receive. I submitted a comment to them the way that the guy at the restaurant told me. It's been almost 7 days and Chipotle still has not contacted me back or given me any kind of refund. No one should order online - it shouldn't be this hard to get a refund for stuff I never received.

I went to the Chipotle on Roxboro St In Durham NC and got the chicken bowl. The fajitas were so salty I had to throw my entire bowl away. Usually I wouldn't complain about an isolated incident. However, this is my 3rd time getting a bowl from this particular location with the same issue. I've also had friends report the same thing to me. And I love salt, but this is excessive. Other times my bowls are perfectly fine. Perhaps it is the particular cook on those days.

I ordered Uber eats from Chipotle in compton on alameda and this is the 2nd time they put sour creamn in my bowl and I did not ask for sour cream because I am allergic to it. I came in today @12 to pick up my order and arrived at 12:09 . A few things were missing when I got home an hour later . I'm usually a regular customer but today I wasn't satisfied with my online order or service . The white rice was hard , wasn't cooked well and some people can have upset stomach due to things not being cooked well. I ordered things that weren't even on the online but we ended having to throw away the food since the rice wasn't well cooked and that's what the bowl mostly is . Hello, on 6/30 I placed an order using the closest restaurant feature and after completing the order realized that the location was not the closest. I immediately contacted the restaurant and canceled the order. I was told that I could request a refund by going to the bottom on the app and selecting contact us, which I did. I wasn't able to find an option to request a refund and selected the option that I hoped with send/inform Chipotle of my refund request and the reason. I have no idea if my refund request was received or will be processed. The charge is still pending on my CC; I would appreciate confirmation that $7.15 will not be charged. I like the Chipotle app, but don't like doing business with companies that don't provide a customer service phone number for assistance or chat option.

We ordered a fajita salad with chicken at the Freehold, NJ site on Rt 537 at 7:15. The grill was broken and they had gave me the wrong order, which I realized when I got home I returned I waited 25 minutes asking 3 associates about the status of the order. Waiting for them to correct the order, another patron heard me call out my name and said there was an order on the table with my name. That order had replaced the chicken with pulled beef.

The food at that point was not worth eating. We have eaten at this site multiple time in the past, i understand the the current issues and challenges but I would request a refund as the meal was uneatable.

I ordered food through the app for pick up. Let me tell you this was the worse food I have ever tasted from chipolte. The steak was over cooked. Felt like I was chewing on some leather. Also the rice was very undercooked. The sauces had no flavor what's so ever. Then I got 3 tacos bbq they were sloppy as he'll. Really 35$ I paid for slop. I'm never eating there again. One bowl didn't have any chicken at all! I spent over 40.00 with the tip. I don't blame Door Dash-but will never order with them ever again. Chipotle is off the menu for a long time as well.

On June 13th I ordered food from Chipotle for me and a friend. Door dash was supposed to deliver it. I waited and hour for our food to come. I looked at my phone to call to see where my food was when I saw that the driver dropped the food off a half an hour before. The driver didn't call me . I live in an apartment building with 106 others. When I went downstairs to get my food the delivery driver had left it between the doors and the bags were already open. I called the driver very upset. He said he didn't have phone number!!! The phone number and all the information was on the receipt on the bag. I have called the manager of the store and door dash but NO ONE will give me my money back for the food I couldn't eat! I tried your website and I have gotten nothing. The door dash people have failed to help me too. I'm tired of the run around! I spent almost $40 on food I couldn't eat because of this ignorant driver! I want my refund. My husband placed our order at 9:05 pm and the app stated it will be ready at 9:30, so we waited in the car as everyone else. It wasn't until 10 pm my husband got back to the car with the food. he states the employee told him they accidentally gave our order away to another guest. I tried calling the store 6x or more finally I contacted the delivery number on the chiptole app advising my order was incorrect. The delivery person advised me to contact the store. I called the store back again and a woman identified as the general manager elizabeth castrole who I need to add was rude and unprofessional claiming she would not refund or accommodate me "as a customer" after I explained my order was inaccurate. I did an online order for the Chipotle in Mentor, Ohio on Reynolds Road 5/11/20 6:04pm with 4 orders included. My order was for a Veggie Bowl with extra brown rice, Light Fajitas, black beans, cheese, extra lettuce, side of guacomole, mild salsa, sour cream. My order had all of the requests but had Barbacca meat. I don't eat meat and was unable to eat it. Got takeout Chipotle on Tuesday. It was ice cold, uncooked,and completely inedible. I immediately called the restaurant from my vehicle and asked for refund. Needless to say I'm still waiting. I've emailed corporate 3 times and no response. It was almost $25 down the drain. Not happy at all.

I had ordered my food on my app. The pick up time was 6:30 and when I got there at 7:15 my food wasn't ready and it was raining so I told the lady I wanted a refund cause I wasn't standing in the rain to wait on no food. Terrible customer service and online ability to get resolution. Ordered food on 4/24. went to pick it up and they claimed they never got the order. Charged my credit card but manager can't refund it. No way online to get anyone to give a refund and so you file a complaint and they are suppose to get back to you. well it is 4 days later and I file a second request and still no help. The customer service number hangs up on you after you wait to be connected. Great food maybe but terrible Corporate Management for allowing this level of service. A CEO needs to review and address what problems exist or take a paycheck and give it to someone who understands that customer service is key to success

I went into Chipotle this evening on my way home from the doctors. We haven't had Chipotles in a while due to my last visit being horrible. But I thought ok different store, different area why not give it a try. My mistake. I live 25 minutes away from the store get home and my son ordered tacos and was like where's the beef? I said it's there, he said no it's not. Ok so I'm not driving back 25 minutes for 3 tacos. I call the store and Charlie answers I explain to him that I was just there brought 3 tacos and 2 burritos live 25 minutes away and there is no beef on my tacos. He asked me to hold he had to go to the front register. Well then someone hangs the phone up. Ok really? I call back and another man answers I asked for Charlie. The man doesn't not identify himself until I ask again to speak to Charlie. I didn't feel I should have to explain all over but this guy did. He said his name but I couldn't understand what he said but I heard him say he was the FM. I'm trying to help you, he says. I said fine I tell him the whole story all over and he is till stuck in the part was this a pick up, delivery or carry out. I told him I told you I was just in the store. The man wasn't very bright. Then starts to get an attitude with me. Wrong them to do asa FM with a customer. I told him he was rude and very unprofessional. He states I'm trying to help you, ummm no your not when you have a horrible attitude to begin with. Then he process to ask me for names. Really?? You have 4 people in there no I didn't see the girls name who helped us nor did I see the cashiers name. Didn't know I needed too. All I want is my money back or you can deliver my 3 tacos correctly from my order. I ended up hanging up in this DM for being so difficult to deal with. This will be my last visit ever to a Chipotle. I tried calling customer service couldn't get through to anyone. For such a big company really unacceptable. I know my comments won't mean anything which is fine. Remember though word of mouth goes a long way. I myself work for a Big Insurance company that orders a lot of lunch from Chipotle but will no longer be doing that.

On April 15 I ordered online for a delivery. The delivery was 1 hour late and my order was not correct. I took the food back to the store and was told I would get a refund back to my account since I had ordered online. I called the manager the next day to make sure this had been taken care of and she took the info again and said she would check on it and it would take 4 to 5 days. I called again on April 22nd because I haven't gotten refund and was told that they would reenter the info and that corporate office takes care of refunds. When can I expect my refund??

I ordered a salad on 4-23 , I selected the option of picking my own ingredients , I asked for chicken brown rice fresh tomato salsa roasted chili corn and fajita veggies... I ordered a burrito and the guacamole inside of it was not fresh at all. I also ordered a side of chips and guac and the guac was not fresh. You can tell the guac wasn't fresh being that it was dark green instead of light green like it usually is. The burrito didn't taste fresh. It almost seems as if they did not have enough care to make fresh ingredients.

I ordered a double chicken burrito with guac. when i got it, there was like 5 pieces of chicken in it. It was the smallest burrito I had ever seen from you guys, plus my wife, who is currently pregnant with twins ordered a bowl with chicken and there was no meat in it at all. I have submitted two inquiries now about a refund. My pick up was supposed to be at 730pm on the 15th. Charged 29.73 no one has even attempted to contact me back and I placed my order online. Completely paid for, when I got up to the door and waited outside for over 20 min finally a girl came out and said submit a refund if you want to online, were over an hour behind. I have two kids, I can't sit around for almost 2 hours by the time I wouldve received my food. No way to cancel the order. And this was at foresg lake. I've contacted my bank for a dispute and it does not look good on your guys end if nothing is done about it. No actual number to call and no actual submission button to ask for a refund. The order tines are waaaay falsely advertised and I just really need someone to please contact me back. I understand tines are hard and hectic, that makes it really hard though when you only give 15 days to submit a refund, and im not given an actual receipt except for the screenshot proof online your website.

I ordered from the Chipotle in Forest Lake, MN. My order said it would be ready at 4pm. It was not. It was not ready at 4:35pm either. Since I didn't have time to wait for something that should have been ready at 'said time' i had to cancel my order. I was told I had to do that online. We ordered delivery yesterday from the Winter Haven, FL location and when the order arrived, one of our items were completely wrong by far and nothing as was requested and shown on the ticket. My daughter couldn't eat hers as it was loaded with onions, peppers and beans which she hates. My husband phoned and was told that they would not send a replacement out and the only way we could get one is to drive to their location and pick it up ourselves or request a refund online. I was shocked. So basically we had to go online and place a new order, pay ANOTHER delivery charge in order to get what we originally ordered so my daughter could eat also. That just blows me away. ? Paid online for order - restaurant out of food will not refund my money - told to go online to CHIPOTLE.com/SUPPOrt - cannot access.
They are also not following social distancing guidleines - Delhi Restaurant had over 40 persons waiting for orders in the facility.

We inquired about our order and was told it would be 15 minutes. We returned to our vehicle to wait our extended time, only to return to an even larger crowd of people waiting and my order still not ready. I've visited other Chipotles during this pandemic and their process was smooth and they had someone counting heads as they come through the doors to ensure the social distancing was in order. Hello i placed an order for pick up at store, my pick up time was 4pm i got there at 4:10pm i told the girl giving out the orders my name she went inside and never came back to tell me anything about my order, it is now 4:55 and at this time i decided to leave. I was not able to go inside because i did not have a mask on. When i was waiting outside i kept trying to call her and she would look at me and ignore me i waited 45 minutes outside in the cold for my order and i wasnt even able to get it. She even try to tell me once to go inside and i said no because i didnt have a mask on. I called the restaurant twice before leaving and they hung up the phone on me twice. I understand they might have so many orders right now but the least she could've told me was is not ready yet. I also want to mention that the way they are handling pick up orders is not the very safe specially now with covid-19 they have the orders layed out on the tables and everyone walking in keeps touching all the bags as they look for their name, also the people going in are not following the 6 feet away from each other guidelines and the employees are not enforcing those rules either. I would like a refund for the order i didn't receive.

Placed an order through your website at the Pasadena TX 3635 location for 1 burrito and 3 bowls. When I opened my email to check verify the order, it had gone through to another location on the other side of Houston, 13360 E Fwy. I ordered from Chipotle on 3/30/2020 in Albuquerque my husband and my meals were inedible. The lettuce in my salad was spoiled and the whole dish was standing in liquid. I thought it was the vinaigrette which was missing, but it was not. The carnitas smelled foul in both dishes. The only part of the order that was edible were the chips and queso. I called the restaurant, but got no help whatsoever. Please refund my order minus large chips and queso. The total with tax was 27.65

Ordered online at a wrong Chipolte on 3/21. I called the location and cancelled within a minute of the order. The location was super friendly and gave me instructions on how to get my refund. I ordered from the correct location.

Later on 3/21, I emailed Chipolte about a refund. To date, I have not received a response to my email or a call.

I had my bank account charged for 4 online orders I never made I don't order online . There is a transaction number on all same one all these were made 3/16/20 thru 3/20/20. Called the corporate number listed on the orders made . No one answered. Bank was told and investigation will be started.

First and foremost the attitude from the Gen Z sounding little girl y'all employed at the Jonestown Rd in Harrisburg PA was unacceptable and I was not impressed by the hang up I received from your employee when I was irate for the fact she told me to google the customer support number to which I've still not found and for the fact your app said "our bad we've experienced an error on our part" and you still took the money out of my bank account. FOR FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED! Secondly I placed an order this past Tuesday 3/17/2020 at 1145 ish am. I ordered two salads for a coworker and I for delivery to our work address. Something I had been doing for weeks without issue until now. Got the above mentioned error message and again was still charged the $31 for the order but never received the order. Right after I received the error I called both Harrisburg Pa locations to see despite the error if they received the order. Neither could locate the name on the order, the order itself nor the delivery address. This is in extreme poor taste. You should never take money for a product you can't and didn't produce. If your app is experiencing issues like this, that to me would be a priority to fix and I would add that if there was any kind of error in providing a confirmation number to the customer that there would be an immediate cancellation if the purchase and full refund.

Placed my order at 11:15am for delivery through the website and paid ahead of time + a driver tip. Got notified that a driver was "on their way to the store" at 11:27 and the delivery would be to me by 11:30am. At 12:15, still not delivery and website still said a driver was on their way to the store. Called the Parkville Chipotle, they said to go online for a refund. When I asked about an ETA, they said they had no idea when someone would get it to me. Instead, I drove to the store myself after 1.5 hours since the order was placed. When I arrived, I asked for my food to be remade at the least and was given an attitude with no refund.

I ordered and paid online for a pickup at approximately 11:20 a.m. on March 10, 202 for the Chipotle store located at 11452 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio. When a co-worker went to pick up the order, she was told there was no order in my name. I checked my bank account and the amount for the order was already pending in my account. If you have a Moe's Southwest Grill close to you, order from there. Did a group order from Chipotle, did not provide all the items and will not deliver or provide a refund for the items not delivered. Also, asked for a receipt, easier then an email when it is to be submitted through corporate system, and they did not provide a receipt. Very unhappy w/the customer service. Informed me to call customer service, but did not have the number. Should be able to provide a credit in the restaurant.

I placed an online order at 8:00, originally said would take 21-30 minutes to arrive. 8:30 rolled around and my food was still not ready. Finally around 8:40 it was finally ready but my delivery driver did not leave the restaurant for another 10-15 minutes. The food did not arrive here until 9:11. I placed an order online, with a coupon that was sent to me by the app for a free Guac, but I wasn't able to order it online so I decided soy order in the store, without knowing that I had to purchase from the store only to receive my guac. I inadvertently placed an online "pickup" order meaning for it to be for "delivery". I immediately tried calling the store and it was impossible to get a live person. After 8 attempts, a worker answered and said there was nothing he could do to credit me back. That I needed to fill out an online "Contact Form" to request the credit for the cancelled order. That's ridiculous! Chipotle has lost my business due to how this was not handled. I also took steps to file a dispute with my bank to ensure I'm credited back. Shame on you, Chipotle!

I placed an order through the mobile app, which I intended to be a delivery order, but mistakenly ordered as pick-up, but I called the store immediately to see if they could change it to delivery. The manager told me it was impossible, and I couldn't cancel either. He said to contact chipotle online for cancellations. I called back and asked same manager if I could place a second order for delivery, and have both orders delivered, and he gave me his word that he would do that.

When the driver arrived, he only had one order and said that was what he was given. He told me he was gonna return to the store and see what went wrong. I called the manager back and he told me he placed both orders together for the driver, and didn't know why he picked up only one. I then informed him that the driver was on his way back to the store to get the 2nd order.

Shortly after a woman called me telling me there was nothing she could do, and that she couldn't pay the driver for a second trip, and so I should sort things out with Chipotle. I don't know how it's my fault that a driver forgot to pick up my order.

Snellville, Georgia location. I need a refund. Mobile order at 4:44. Estimated pickup time 5:00. At 5:00, order is still not ready. 5:26, food is finally ready. It's not rocket science. The food is already hot and made. Why would it take so long for an order to be put together? Furthermore, why would you wait until I come in the store to then tart making an order. The point of a mobile order is because I didn't have time to sit around and wait. Employees are slow and incompetent. Dead end loop to try and reach customer service for an order cancellation. Deleting the app and I definitely won't be buying Chipotle for a long time. First the serving sizes have been getting smaller and smaller so we switched to buying salads b/c you get more food. We always order chips to eat our salad with and the serving sizes on those have been so inconsistent, we asked what the difference was and where told "regular is 4oz, large is 6oz." Out of curiosity I came home and finally decided to weight the chips and my large order was 4.4oz which actually had more than the last couple of orders I've had. One regular use to be enough for one person now we pay more. 85 cents difference isn't that much, until you take into consideration that I'm eating this at least 5 days a week and we double order for 2. Add in all the other orders placed throughout the day, and you are stealing a lot of money from your customers. Not to mention the scraps of meat instead of a real portion many times. Customers should be told when you run out of ingredients instead of putting scraps in our meals.

I mostly border through the chipotle app and DoorDash but my my bowl of food always comes half empty no matter if I ask for extra toppings it always comes half empty. Recieved brown guacamole on my bowl and when I got to the store I was unaware they made it "easier" to pick up online orders. My food wasn't ready when I got there and I was a half hour late. They said they lost my receipt and needed to pr7bt a new one, apparently no one there knows how to. My wife ordered a meal last night night for my over the phone, but to the wrong location, accidentally. I called immediately and asked them to cancel and refund my order. He said "I'll cancel your order" and hung up. I have an issue with the way you people have your kids meal. It is not explanatory at all. Why do I have to pay for guacamole and two sides if I'm paying $4.95. So what is the 4.95 that i paid for?? Worst ever bowls bought to go last night. The veggie bowl was missing the black beans, and the guacamole was brown and crusty from the bottom of the container and hardly any. The chicken bowl had hardly any chicken on it and was also missing the beans that were supposed to be on there. All the toppings were very stingy. I just recently bought a steak bowl through the app and was waiting patently in the restaurant for my food. When they put the bad on the shelf my heart dropped when my name was on a big bag of food that had my order times 4. Same complaint as other reviewers. What's the use of having a customer service phone no. if there is no way of connecting with them. The system respond stating that there are no available agents to take the call then hang up on you.
I ordered via the App as usual. The order went to a different location. I immediately called and canceled then placed a similar order at the right location. Of course I was told to call the Corporate office for refund where no one will take the call. What a shame losing a regular customer because of company inefficient procedure. Anyway I disputed the charge with the Credit card company with a much more efficient service

You guys need to take matters into your own hands and not tolerate this injustice. File a fraud claim through your credit card. This happened to me twice this week. I was very patient on the first one. The second one I pulled out my phone and started streaming live to Facebook. When asked to stop filming I exited the building and stood outside on a sidewalk streaming live while informing all entering customers of what was going on. It took 90 min. But I got my order.

Hi I just got Chipotle today and I am lactose intolerant. I got my order and drove 20 minutes then to get to my class. When I got to class, I had the wrong order. I should have looked in the bag before I left but I didn't. I just wanted to let you know so that you can make everyone aware to be sure its the correct bag you are handing out. I was at the chipotle in Kent, Ohio 44243 zip code.
It just can be frustrating not getting your correct order and driving all the way home and you can't even eat it because of allergies.

I ordered my food off the chipotle app and never received it. I called them and they said there internet went down and that they never received it. I just want to get a refund.

Still waiting to hear back after 4 emails . I just need my refund it's very aggravating it takes y'all this long .. maybe have it where it can be done on app or at least change locations bc I pick one and it defaulted back to my saved one

I have yet to hear from the company. I sent an email no one has responded if this is there way of resolving an issue with customers then it sucks. All I want is my refund for an order I never received due to a wrong location mistake. I hate that this has happened because I was a loyal customer

i love chipotle and i always buy from this location at 1100 s hayes, pentagon city mall where i work, they have a new employee or at least someone i dont recognize, the first time i was charged extra steak, i left it alone, i went back another time and i got a chicken bowl with extra chicken, he charged me for a steak bowl + the extra steak, when i complained he said he was told it was steak and therefor he couldnt do anything. him and the manager on duty refused to give me a refund.

I made an online order of a rice bowl and a large chips. Minutes before my delivery I got a called saying that they don't have the chips and asking me if i would prefer the refund or a different food, I said refund and they say okay. I got the food, but I never got the refund from the chips. I called the restuarant and they told me to do the refund process online.

I placed an online order and it was delivered through door dash. First, the food was over 20 minutes late. The driver couldn't find the building. Second, I ordered a salad and asked for vinegar dressing and medium salsa on the salad neither was there. I also ordered tacos for a friend and they looked horrible. Hardly no food inside the tacos. This was the worse order from Chipotle ever. I called back to the store to make them aware of the situation and was told I could request for a refund through the app, which is not true. Called bk to the store to speak to manager again no answer after several attempts.

I have messaged twice to get a refund when they couldn't fulfill my online order, but no answer. The store should be able to just refund!! I assume I will never get the refund and therefore will never eat at a Chipotle again.

I made an order through the Chipotle app on my way home with groceries. I ended up ordering from the wrong store, the one closest to the grocery store rather than the one close to home. I only found out what happened when I drove to the home-Chipotle and by then I couldn't go back to the other Chipotle while carrying foods that needed to be refrigerated. I called the grocery-Chipotle to ask to cancel my order and I was hoping to cancel or refund the payment as well. ($32.41)

I placed my order through Chipotle Website and went to pick it up they told me no order was found. I order it again at the store and 1/2 later the store calls me to tell me my order is ready. The manage Jewel informed me I have to submit a form for a refund now I have to sit and wait for $20.09 meanwhile they where quick to take my money when I first placed my order. Not a happy person

I accidentally ordered chipotle from the wrong store and and already paid for it I called the chipotle and the person on the phone said they can't do anything and to call a 1800 number. I called that number and it said to go online. This is very irritating and needs to be fixed. I would like my $16.52.

On 2/24/19 my debit card was charged twice. I was told to call a 1-800 number which got me no where except to place an order for catering. After several calls to a different store, Lauren went out of her way to help me. You have to fill out a detailed form and upload your receipt and wait, and wait, and wait. Finally filed a complaint with my bank. The Chipotle in Waverly has the worst customer service ever.

I just ordered 2 salad bowls burrito bowl and a burrito and as soon as we opened each order a disgusting smell came out, we tasted it and it was worst. The beans were going bad and the only thing the manager said was to go online and request a refund. Thanks good and service.

I ordered food on the mobile app for the Midlothian va location. When I got there they didn't have chicken or steak and never called to tell me. So I left with no food but they still charged me and couldn't give me a refund.

I am beyond upset, i ordered lunch and dinner and had it delivered, but it wasn't it was delivered to someone else, i never got it, Eric the manager said I had to call to get refund and order new food. I said why is it that I have to do this when you messed up and i have nothing and I'm at work!!! I ordered online and to the wrong store, i called and canceled that order and reordered to the correct store. In the new order I got double chicken and barely got enough for one serving. This happens every time i do online ordering it's awful. I would like my money back for the first order that i canceled and a refund for the double chicken that was barely a single serving.

App changing store sucks, in the app make a set home store so that if your driving home it send it to the right store not a shady store near work that is not on the way home. I mean honestly that sucks

I recently made my usual online order for pickup, made payment. Only to find out the app GPS my location and switched stores without my noticing. I was unable to find any resolve thru your page here. The stores simply say, I need to call 1-800-Chipotle and all it refers me to is this site!

I prepaid for an online order on May 14th 2018 at 10:02pm. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, only part of the order was served. I did not receive the two bags of chips and two sides of guacamole I ordered. I was informed by the cashier, Cassie, that she was unable to refund me my money due to the order placed online. She instructed me to request my refund via www.chipolte.com/talktous. When I got to the website, it is not user friendly. Whether an order is placed online or in person, a direct manager should be present to handle matters such as these. This is very poor customer service and unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone to order online from this restaurant.

Placed an online order 5/13/2018. Sent my daughter into get it. We get home and realize that it's short so I call the Tussing store to get a refund and they tell me they can't do it I have to go online but have no idea where online I have to go. I tell the woman that as a store they should know this policy and she states shes just a team member. I request for a manager to call me back. If the store shorts an order they should have access to right the wrong instead of the customer having to jump through hoops. VERY poor customer service.

My family and I placed internet orders on Saturday, March 24, 2018. My granddaughter and I went to pick up the orders. We placed separate orders and I waited outside because we had a child in the car. I went in after she did. I asked the cashier on duty if my order was ready and gave her my name, she said yes and walked away from the counter to fill the utensil counter. This was 30 minutes after the initial order was ready, I felt that was rude. The point in placing internet orders is to avoid the wait. Hello this Carla weaver I was at chipotle 11452 Euclid ave, Cleveland Ohio and was very dissatisfied, my steak bowl and my chicken bowl white rice was not done at all it was extremely hard and crunchy.I tried calling several times and thy didn't answer.I couldn't go back I was at work. I never had this problem before, I'm very upset because I was hungry and really enjoy chipotle but with this service and chipotle not answering calls. Made 1 online order at 12 pm for chipotle at the Polaris chipotle in Columbus Ohio. Got there at 12, they didn't even make it by the time I got there had to wait to get my order to be made. When they did make it, it was 12:10 and skimped out a lot on it. What's the point of using the app?

I can't find anyone to help me fix a mix up. I ordered on the app to the wrong address. I called the store and they said to call 800 Chipotle which I do and they say they are only for catering. They tell me to go online and "take to us" and there is nothing that matches up with my issue.

I ended up purchasing a second meal at the right location and just want a refund from the location I didn't pick my food up form.

Hi I ordered on my phone app today a chipotle bowel and it was very mushy (wet) and sloppy, they over did it with the sou creamand cheese and very little meat.....I was very disappointed, they even forgot my guacamole......
